Emma’s Room with Pottery Barn Teen
A tween's room should be cozy, functional, and practical! I was lucky to work with Pottery Barn Teen to make Emma’s room a sanctuary where she could study and curl up with a good book.
So who is Emma you ask?
Our Emma is the girliest tomboy you’ll meet and we love that about her. She is definitely a homebody and loves her space, her peace, & sports. But along with that, she always likes to keep things tidy and organized.. (she’s the kid who makes her bed without me having to ask. #luckymama)
So when we were thinking about what sort of feeling we wanted to get from her room, we thought, dreamy, cohesive, comfortable, and luxe. That brought me to PB Teens’ Avalon Channel Stitch Upholstered Daybed.
Between the velvet finish of the bed and the fluffy, fun texture of the PB Teens’ Marshmallow Quilt, her room melts together for a dreamy space perfect for my preteen!
The rainbow above her bed is a DIY using pool noodles from the dollar tree and yarn. (Blog post coming soon- YAY!)
